SYS score wrong

At the end of the event one of my scores wasn't added to my total so I ended up in 5th instead of 2nd place where I should have been...it wasn't a last minute entry either...can this be resolved or am I screwed?

If you screen shot and describe your problem to customer service they can resolve it for you & give you the prizes you missed out on.

If it happens in the future & you don’t really want to message CS, I advise you submit an extra SYS ticket if you’ve already submitted your last one and have a wrong score 🫶🏻

Submitting another ticket (free or not) will get rid of the glitch and show your actual score- I hope this has helped
