best way to spend cash?

so ive got like 150k now after saving for a bit, and I have the itch to spend it or at least a big chunk of it. 

I don’t really like anything for sale in the closet that doesn’t cost kstars/diamonds so-
where is the best way to spend cash? Are there businesses that you can buy for cash? Any homes you can buy for cash? I know they mostly cost stars but I didn’t know for sure

All the homes you can buy for kash and also furnish it. but I would save it in case bc we have a dating event next weekend.
