Has anyone else watched a video to unlock an item for sys but it remained locked after watching? This is like the third time recently this has happened and I contacted support the first time and they had no idea what I was talking about with the video. They responded about kstar videos and having no control over it. It is so frustrating dealing with cs. It is also very frustrating when basic features of the game don't work properly and nothing can be done about it.

It happened to me a few times, but after turning game off and on again I was able to use the item. I swear that customer service just reads some key words as for example “ad” and then gives scripted answer without even realising what are they talking about

Yes. Also lately like half the time I watch a video for double rewards I then get 3 energy or 100 kash or 1 k star. It’s obvious that the reward wasn’t doubled even though I watched the stupid ad.
