Support chat isn’t working and a game that won’t load!

My game started to crash at the loading screen about 36 hours ago. I tried to contact support through the contact us form on the website but the contact us button wouldn’t work.
Now my game still isn’t loading and the contact us button still isn’t working so I’m left without a game 
Annoying it’s come at this time cos I’m now also missing the Black Friday sale that ive been waiting all year for. Any other resolutions ? I’m on iOS and followed all of the guidance on the forum, making space, closing apps etc
