Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Banned?
I believe I have been banned for doing too many pinks races in short period of time. I've messaged several admins regarding this issue, but have not received a response as of yet. I understand that "trades are not supported", however I believe that statement pertains to "do at your own risk". I purchased an account and have slowly transitioned cars over a 3 day period. http://racingrivalsforum.ciegames.com/forum/the-neighborhood/unsupported-player-trades-sales/204521-account-for-sale I have never scammed and have several voucher as being a legit buyer on this forum. I have also spent HUNDREDS of dollars in buying gems. I have close to 300 cars and several turf cars on my account. I did submit a trouble ticket for the issue and have no problem waiting for it to be resolved, HOWEVER, I would like some re-assurance that I WILL get my account unbanned. I believe that CIE should limit the amount of pinks a person should be allowed to perform in game if this is grounds for ban. I have not seen anything official documenting the limit. I'm a 40k+ point scorer during turf and currently missing the event due to this ban. And according to the wait time, I will likely be missing next week's turf. Can an administrator please provide me with some degree of confidence that this will be resolved? V/R, Dustyduff
