Cat and houses

1) I adopted the cat because on the loading screen it said it would give me energy, but it only has once. Is it a certain hourly wage?
2) does buying different apartments or houses get publicity? What is it for? And what about furniture?
3) does breaking up get you publicity?

    1) The Pets will give energy every couple of hours or once a day. The will only give 1 energy and 9 xp. Other pets give more :)

    2) The more expensive the home is the more fans you will gain from buying it :) The home is really only for your pets and to complete certain actions. New features may be introduced as the game progresses. You buy furniture in the home and it is literally just for being able to do certain actions. It's not massively important :3

    3) No if this game is anything like stardom: Hollywood which so far it is exactly same, breaking up does not give you any publicity but dating does ^_^
