So I had the quest to go here and own the store but when I talk to him he's says random stuff please help .-.

You need to pay your landlord the rent before you can buy So Chic. Go to your apartment in Downtown LA. You will find him there

You need 750 Cash for the rent and 2000 cash to buy So Chic
