Can't flirt with girls?

I told Kim that I was gay and liked women. I've had two girlfriends both broke up and now no woman I meet allows a flirt option and guys keep asking for my number? What happened?

    Oh dear :/ Looks like it has crossed wired :/ You could try talking to the female npc's, cancelling the conversation, leaving the building and coming back in, then talking to them again to see if the flirt option appears. This worked on stardom: hollywood but it wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't work on KKH due to being able to set up your sexuality.
