Press the purple pointers you see next to Misty until you find one that says the same thing as the last one stated on the goal. Press the same pointer again until the goal has been completed.
You need to press the purple pointers you see and find the ones that are stated in the goal. You press them once to see the name of the action and again to complete it. You will notice a tick mark next to each action as you do it in the goal
