How to date a 'neutral' person

What I mean is how can you date someone who neither have a star or have a heart. There's multiple people in my contact list and I tried sending them gift but that makes a star wich I don't want xD and everytime I see them back I can only say hi to them... Is there a way to flirt with them so I can finally invite them on a date?:) thanks

    Alright, so neutral people are usually game center friends. Or facebook, actually. Sending gifts in KKH is really cool, there's gifts to send that earns network points and then others earn flirting points. I recommend going to your favorite club or restaurant, find a guy who won't offend you when you try to talk to him, and click flirt. Then for sure you will be able to date him.
