What are the stars and hearts?

Like when you buy something new sometimes there's a star/heart next to it. When I go to my wardrobe it says I have 1 heart and 2 stars. What's this

    The hearts and stars by clothing in the wardrobe give you star power. Your current ranting is stated next to your character on the left in the wardrobe.

    The more Star symbol clothing you own, the higher your power and more the chance of getting a bonus star in your rating on projects, meaning you only need to fill up 4 stars out of 5 rather than the full 5 :3

    The same applies with the hearts but with dates and in-game characters will fall head over heels for you and compliment your outfit if your score is high enough :)

    When you go on a date or an appearance/photo shoot, there will be either a gold bonus star/heart if you meet the requirements, or it will show you how many you have vs the requirement to get the bonus.
