I don't get more fans

I do all the campaigns, but when I get the notification "Your latest feature is trending!" and I'll check my number of fans does not increase. Is happening to anyone else?

    There is a thread already about maxed out fans. It will stay that way until a new update, so I am assuming as well as others. Keep playing tho to level up and keep your fan base. peek at the other thread titled "maxed out" fans.
