Stuck on Meet Jen Lockley

I can't progress on this mission. It says to go to the offices by LAX and when I go there, I can go in but no one is there. I'm a level 13 and still getting calls from my agent. Any help is much appreciated. TIA!

    Have you paid your rent yet? I hadn't paid my rent and could not complete one of the goals.

    Sorry I didn't realise I'd had a reply. I've gone in everywhere, no rent due and I own 3 properties so not sure what's happened but thanks for replying and help.
