You go on a date by going to a bar or a restaurant and clicking on the +<3 icon in there. This will bring up your contacts. Click who you wanna date. This will take you back to the restaurant/bar but this time your date is there. Click on their speech and click "Start date".
They work the same as projects But if you want to date an NPC you need to select flirt when meeting them Happy dating!
