When you enter a bar or restaurant there should be a heart with a plus sign icon somewhere inside. If you click that you can select a date from your list of contacts (always choose the date with the highest ranking). You will use energy to date in the same way you would to complete a goal so make sure you have energy to spend before starting a date. Hope this helps!
