Help? Fans not increasing again

Hi. About a week ago, my fans stopped increasing, and feed updates listed my 'success' be it a fashion show, commercial or photo shoot, but without the +number of new fans. ANd I was stuck on 68.8 million for a while. Definitely decreased my desire to play. Then I heard about the update that included Paris, updated my game and wow, my fans started to increase again. 3 days later, I'm stuck again at 86.5 million. I am #1, Alist and I've been 'working' my tail off but I get money and increase levels, but I am not increasing fans. Has this happened to anyone else? Help? I'm using my Samsung Galaxy to play, so I'm android. It stopped increasing last night, and I've watched and played for a day to make sure. :( Thanks in advance for any help.

    The max amount of fans is 87.5 mil. Next update should bring more fans :)

    Hi I got an update recently (I'm using an iPad) and I am stuck at 68.8 fans and it won't increase. How can I get the update?? At this point I have missed out on gaining a bunch of fans.
