numbers?

does anyone know what the numbers next to the name of a person in the top stars list mean? some are positive numbers whereas some are negative. does it mean that their ranking went up/down or something else?

    The numbers just indicate the change in rank. Their fans fluctuate from time to time, plus as you gain more fans, you'll increase and they go down a peg or so.
