How do i get a date?

Hello, first of all, sorry for my bad english. This isn't my first language. Now to my question, how do i get a date? All the boys i met during the game i can choose if i wan't to flirt or network with, there i choose flirt. Then if i'm meeting him again, he have a bubble with a heart in and he say something like " nice to meet you again" and i get five heartpoints. I can also push a bottom with "charm" that cost 5 Kpoints. Put nothing really happenings, what am I doing wrong??

    In order to go on dates you have to go into a building, such as Panino, and you press on the heart icon with a plus on it. From there you call whoever you want to go on a date with and they arrive. Talk to them and then you can start a date.
