K Star Weekend Special?

I saw a mention of how they're having some sort of special this weekend where you earn a K star for every job you complete with 5 blue stars. I get 5 blue stars on all the jobs I do and I've yet to receive a K star. Is this because I'm using a kindle fire and haven't received the latest updates yet? I find this really unfair. It's bad enough that those of us who aren't playing on an apple product can't interact with apple users (since they're the ones who gift the most). Now we're also not being given the same opportunities to earn stars for the same amount of work?

    I haven't gotten any either and I am playing on the ipad, but I also haven't done the London update

    I'm going through the same thing and haven't received the stars. I'm going to still jobs and file a ticket to get the stars. You're right about it not being fair

    I think you only get them if you've gotten the update. Which sucks because it hasn't even been extended to kindle players.
