Hair Colours

I've noticed one NPC in particular who has a hair colour that's unavailable. It's a silvery colour. I was wondering if that colour is going to be available ever or if it's just one of those NPC only things?

    I'm not really sure it will, but I like the color as well :)

    The dev team likes to give their NPCs a lot of exclusive stuff. In Stardom: Hollywood, we see the white hair too but it's never been actually released to us. :(
