Is there any way of me transferring my current iPhone game so I can play on my Mac?

I've been playing KKH for a while on my iPhone and I have just downloaded it on to my MacBook Air also.

Although I use the same Game Center for my phone and MacBook, a new game starts on my MacBook.

Is there any way that I would be able to play my current game on my MacBook?
