  If you mean the numbers next to the rank number, these represent how many spaces someone has dropped or climbed. When a number has a + next to it this means they have climbed that amount spaces up, Meanwhile a number with a - next to it means they have fallen places from their original spot.
  
  When there is a 0 it means you have not moved at all, but tbh most of these are wrong and behind in the game ^_^
