You can't Once you have hit "done" when asked your name there is no going back You will have to restart the game from scratch.
If this has just occurred and you have been playing for quite some time with your name appearing, it's probably a small glitch. If it doesn't clear up in a few days please report it to the team via their Support Page. Fingers crossed you aren't nameless for long
