Need help logging in!!! New phone & wont log in

Heyyy everyone! I've had this game for a while and have gotten really far in it. I am connected through facebook and the gamecenter on my phone. I got a new iphone yesterday and have tried to log in to the game by clicking the "log in using facebook" button but its not letting me. I click that button and nothing happens. I really dont want to start over since I have gotten so far in the game. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to log in?? Thank you!!
