Proposing/engagement not working !!! HELP !!

I have been on at least 50 dates since the new update and done heaps of dates in Florence but the option to ask my characters girlfriend if they are serious and vise versa isn't showing up !! I haven't done the 3 dates thing yet because it hasn't yet given me the option to. I'm on max level with them and in the top 10 couples. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND IT'S REALLY REALLY ANNOYING !!!!! :(

    You have to do a job in Florence first :) I had the opportunity and it said that I had 2 days but the next day the quest was gone....

    Oh my god thank you so much I read your reply and then went into the game and as soon as it opened I got the quest !! And then a few dates later we are engaged ! Thank you so so much :)
