Outfit purchase missing

Hi, I bought a black shirt dress with jacket and my character wore it heaps and now it is no longer in my inventory. Everything else purchased is. What do I do? How do I get reimbursed?

    Don't think you will get the item reimbursed, but the credit you spent to get it you should be able to. But hopefully with any luck it's just a glitch and it will appear in your wardrobe again :3 Have you got a picture of it? I can check to see if it's in my wardrobe.

    But in the meantime you can contact Glu via their Support page. When reporting issues please state the game, your device and of course the issue in clear detail :3
