If you play on facebook as in on the computer then no people you add on Game Center will not show up.
If you mean you are playing on an iphone, ipod or ipad and you have connected it to facebook, you can still add friends but they must also play on one of the devices I have mentioned.
Game Center is strictly for apple devices only So if you play on an Android, it is not possible.
