I'm stuck between career and friendship. Help!!!!

Elizabeth Korkov wants me to choose between carrier and friendship. I don't know which one to choose. I'm scared what will happen either way. Will I loose a friend if I choose career or will I loose business if o choose friend. Help!!!!!!!!
