Help me pleaseeeeeee

Okay so I was playing the game and bam it crashed, open it up and it's reset the whole game any advice as I've payed so my wedding which I actually payed for!!! I'm really annoyed with this and fuming as I've spent too much on a game that's just crashed completely!!!! Any help would be brilliant
