Summer Sale Event mission glitch?

For weeks now the only mission I have on my game is the Summer Sale Event.

It says to "Complete the Summer Sale Event at So Chic Downtown", but i'm not getting any info on how to.

I'm level 23 and the calls stopped coming for missions except for the jobs from Simon. No other missions have come up since.

Any help?

    Did you go to So Chic Downtown and click on it? If you do, it should give you two options: the Summer Event or So Chic. Do the event and your next quest should come.

    Yes it never gives me the option for the sale event and i've had the mission info on my game for nearly weeks and it never goes away even after the game updates.
