Creating a ticket for the facebook version of the game?

Hi,
I am playing KKH on facebook on my laptop, not on a smart device. Anyway, when I have issues or see bugs in the game I do not see a way to create a ticket for the facebook version. All I see is how to send in a ticket for iOS and Android. Ever since the new update today I can not play it because upon entering you can hear the music, but the screen is black and I have tried exiting and entering multiple times to resolve this. I would appreciate if someone could help me out on this matter. I will fail the date Im on in 4 hours if this doesnt resolve since I cant see to play. Thank you in advance.
