Game restarted after updating!!!!! Please help!!

Hi there,
Ever since updating my game has now gone back to the start. I haven't deleted it or anything like. I have submitted a ticket but still haven't heard anything...
I really want to start playing again but what bugs me the most is all the stars, cash, energy etc that I have now lost after buying with real money,
as well as all the clothes and gifts that i have either received or bought esp special outfits like halloween etc..

Is there anything I can do? I don't mind starting the game all over again but its all the money and time I have put into the game already...
