Can't complete the "Investigate Lif" task

There's this nonsense task that I have to do.

"See if someone at Miami's Lif knows where Marcel went."

I have to search for Marcel Tesiano apparently, but no one in the club seems to give any sh** about this. Not the bartender, nor any other random person in it has any exclamation bubble, or ever says anything about him. They all just flirting tryna get my numer and the bartender just makes me spend cash on drinks and gossips that she doesn't care about what anyone mentions to her. It's getting on my nerves. What the hell? Does anyone else have this glitch too or did you manage to get over it?

    I'm having the same issue. I kept going back inside and leaving but nothing. Just the same thing you did, talking to people and wasting money on the bartender. Guess it might be bugged and we'll have to wait for an update to fix unless someone else isn't having the same problem.

    I just got the quest today. And luckily, I was able to find the person :3 I'm on iOS btw.

    Dude, so lucky! I really wish I can continue this quest but alas Marcel is nowhere to be found. Ill try to look again since I haven't played for hours.

    Ugh. Nothing new happening with my game. I hate this really I don't want the task to be there forever. And I'm on iOS too

    I don't know I opened the game and got into lif and there was some dude that had the exclamation bubble

    I submitted a ticket a week ago, yet to hear from these people.

    I don't even bother with submitting a ticket. I read so many people doing that and barely get a reply. They won't reply back fast so no point. Just waiting until they decide to update it.

    Try going on a date. I went to date my husband and he was the one with info on marcel. After I completed the task then my hubby was ready for the date.

    I got stuck after doig this goal. I haven't played this game in days, I only downloaded it to get the new outfit and deleted.

    So I randomly got to complete this quest, finally after a few weeks of waiting. Weird thing is that I lost all the in game people that I met. I just have all my Game Center friends, and I'm not married anymore. Bummer.
