lost lots of progress

This game was going great until I uninstalled it to make space on my phone, then went back to install it again a couple hours later. I then realized that I had lost a ton of progress. Can this be fixed please?

    Thats not an excuse because i was logged in with my google+ acount and i logged back on with it... and ive "deleted" the game before and this never happened soooo
