cant find marcel kardashian game

I have been trying to meet marcel at lif in miami, but everytime I go there is no marcel. I tried to go on a date at lif but nothing, tried going to las vegas at chatui nuit to see if he was there still nothing. Im sick of these bugs will I really have to wait again for the new update if so when is it?
