unable to buy stars or cash anymore

Hi all! For the past maybe two weeks I am suddenly unable to purchase stars or cash. I had no problem with it befor and am still able to purchase stuff on my other games. I put in a ticket for help twice and still haven't gotten a response from the game people. Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix it? It just keeps sending me to those bogus offers which I hate.
