Cannot Add Friend in Femme Photo Shoot, No In-Game Help Tools

Since last night, have not been able to add a friend for photography shoot at Femme, Paris. Clearly a disadvantage.
Using iPhone 6, latest update & 2014 iPad mini, still have to go to another browser support help. No handy link for IOS users, no in-game support tools. Nothing has changed but a loop to page that says there's a change but not true for my devices.
Please fix these glitches.
