Lost K-Stars

Hi, so recently I visited Panino and I spoke to a girl who was an A-lister (While I was just B-list) and I tried to flirt with her. The conversation just fitted my screen that I had nowhere to go and I didn't want to use charm because that would cost me over 50 K-Stars and I even couldn't just close the game on my tablet. I tapped on the red mark to leave Panino but then my game just lagged and I lost over 50 K-Stars because the game decided to use charm.. So my problem is that I lost over 50 K-Stars just because my game lagged and I'm really mad.. How can I fix that and get my K-Stars back?!?!
