Is the the part of the Apple bias???

I've started trying to add people to gift, but I am not able to see any of them, just the NPCs. Why are some android players unable to gift/play with others. This is not NEARLY as widespread with Apple players. I've tried everything, cleaning the cache, dalvik cache, logged in and out of both FB and Google Plus...I still can't see anyone I added even through google plus.

Glu, GET IT TOGETHER FOR ANDROID PLAYERS!!!!!!!!!

    Not true; I haven't been connected to gamecenter since the update.
    Hasn't been working for me on ios; but I can connect on android (after some trouble ofc).

    all right then... do you remember how you got it working for android?

    I'd appreciate any advice/tips from anyone - not just posts saying it works for them.

    I just followed SamuraiPizzaCat's sticky. It took me almost a week to see a friend in-game after we added each other to circles. I also added another person 2 days ago, and I have yet to see her in-game. I think the process just takes a while.
