Im trying to find Marcel at Lift, but with no luck. I have read on other forums to go on dates at Lift, or date a fashion photographer etc, But nothing is working. What do i do?

There are a lot of threads on this. Essentially it's a bug, but you'll need to keep doing other things. It seems that eventually people find him somewhere else or he shows up. Sorry I can't be more help.
