Game center not popping up!!!

So today when I played KK as usual, I wanted to see my achievements, and as you know, each and every time you load KK, your game center would say "Welcome back, (name)!" and you can click on it and so on.
Mine won't appear anymore! I tried to restart the app, close, wait some time, restart phone, it will not pop up anymore... What's going on? please help!!

    You can check your achievements on the Game Center app, too. Though there has been problems with Game Center for others. I can't be signed in or my game crashes.
