All app purchases and game play lost!!!

Ever since the new update a couple days ago my game has been crashing. Last time it crashed I went back into the app and ALL of my gameplay has been erased (as well as my in app purchases). I don't know what to do. I have tried the "restore purchase" buttons and NOTHING!!! I am signed into the game center on my iPhone as well. I hoped that it would back up the game play but it didn't. I am so frustrated!! HELP!!:mad:

    I have exactly the same problem since today
    The game sent me back to choosing my avatar.

    I really want to know the issue about this problem :(

    I would send them a support ticket.

    You need to include:

    -Your device information, the game name where you need help and a detailed description of the problem.

    For iOS and general support: support@glu.com

    For Android support: androidsupport@glu.com
