How to access spouse's clothing and accessories?

After the update, I threw a party and invited my husband. At that point I was able to change his outfit and accessories after using K-cash and K-coins. But that was the only opportunity, which brings me to my question... How do I access my spouse's clothing and accessories?

    You can only access his clothing through gifting him. You can still put old clothes that you bought him before.
