Why won't the game let me search for Marcel on level 26

I have got to a point in the game where I am searching for Marcel for an article I'm doing. The game says I will go to Lif in Miami and ask around to find him. Every time I go in there I can't ask anyone questions about his whereabouts. How do I get past this so I can write the article?

    It's a bug. Others are having the same problem with finding the person who will tell you where Marcel is. You will have to wait for either an update or miraculously end up doing something in the game to trigger the quest.

    Thanks for that info. But I finally got past it. I went on a date with my husband and he was the person I had to ask about Marcel. Then it let me go on the date afterwards.

    Hi, I'm on level 18 and I am supposed to go on a date with Larry Winchester but I have no idea who that is! Can someone please help me

    The only Winchester I know is the waiter in one of the restaurants. Can you take a picture of it and post it here? Or tell me more about this person or quest. If it is.
