Do you have iOS? iCloud is helpful when it comes to accidents like that. You are able to save your game. If you don't have Apple, then you are pretty much screwed.
If you have another device, I don't know what to tell you. There should be threads that help you with this sort of issue, like the top threads or other threads from people who had this problem. I'm sure an admin will help you soon.
