Can someone tell me what this means when your seeing a plus and - sign under the top stars some are gold and some are red what can you do to increase the number ?

    That's your rank. To increase, just do gigs, go on dates and you shall receive fans. The more fans you have, the higher your rank goes and you'll be popular.
