:mad: I've successfully completed two surveys with a promise of getting 50 free stars for both. Survey page stated to go back to the app to redeem the said stars and yet it did not happened.

You'll see the offer listed and a link to contact support if you haven't received credit in the estimated time. Just tell them you haven't received credit.
In my experience they'll request some proof that you completed the offer, usually a screencap of the email or confirmation page and once they get that, they'll credit you your stars.

It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for free stars to show up. Also, make sure you've quit the game and restarted.
