Amount of fans lost to change name

Im not happy with the amount of fans lost when i did this, 33million! Is there anyway to lower this? I know i wont get them fans back if you do, its just for future people. 33million was an unfair amount

It's not even always that bad to lose fans tbh. Once you reach max fans you can't gain anymore anyways! So basically you get to climb up again a bit (Which I find fun lol...) to reach the top. Everyone just has to remember, it does say you will lose fans, so can't really be surprised what happens after your name gets changed xD. There was also an option to not lose any fans.

Some people just don't like the name they chose at the beginning, or over time develop a different idea of who their avatar is and want a name that fits them better.
