Can't find the Christmas Card Dress

I just finished the Christmas Card project with 5 star rating and they gave me a new photo booth but the don't gave me the black dress and I'm still on time to get it. What can I do?

Did you check all the way at the bottom? Usually new stuff you receive gets put down there.

Yes. Im playing on iPad double click the button, kill the game and open it again a hundred times.
Also I haven't opened any daily box since Christmas daily boxes

I've already done that too on the 25th and now answer yet. Also I had experience the same on the New Years events: I finished them all, went to Time Square and there were no Kstars and no dress
