Game crashed purchased stars gone!

I made it to level 8 and had just purchased 105 stars and the game glitched on me. When it started back, I'd been pushed back to level 7, all of my purchased items, the beige dress from Kim, and all of my purchased stars, except for ONE were gone, and my cash was reduced, from $1800 to less than $700. It wouldn't be so bad, had I not spent money on this, but, I'm left with nothing and out of pocket, for nothing. How do I get my stars that I paid for, back?? I shot an email, but no reply. TIA.

I don't know what happened with mine! I know I won't be sending anymore money on the game, since I can't even get a response.
